Weekly Newsletter - Friday 12th July 2019
Congratulations to the Year 5 and 6 children. The Hoodwinked production in Plumley Village Hall was stunning! The performance was so professional, and we have received so many positive comments. We hope you enjoyed it. If you have any photographs we could use, please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org
Transition Days – 16th and 17th July
On Tuesday and Wednesday the children will be spending the day with their new class teacher, this enables them to become familiar with the classroom and hopes to reduce any anxiety for September. We welcome the new Reception children into school on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon. I am sure you will make them very welcome.
The Key Stage 2 results were available at 7.30 am on Tuesday 9th July. Mr. Haslam was at school early to find out his children’s results. Lower Peover is very proud of every single child who tried the very best they could.
The link below shows a summary of results in Reception, Year 1, Year 2 and Year 6. A comparison against Cheshire West and Chester and National is also given.
Individual results will be sent home with the children’s end of year report next week.
School Bus - For those parents whose children take the school bus
We have received a letter into school from Tomlinson’s, who operate our school bus, regarding prompt drop off and collection from the various points on route. A copy of this letter has been placed in your child’s book bag (the eldest child if you have 2 children) for your attention. Thank you in advance for your co-operation from September.
