Weekly Newsletter - Friday 27th September 2019
This week ‘Facebook’ has shown some of the wonderful opportunities the children receive at Lower Peover Primary School: math’s investigations, sport, open day comments, cookery club, children presenting about our Palm Oil Project in Ellesmere Port to list a few. I hope you find the posts valuable, giving you an insight into daily life. If there is anything else you would like to see on ‘Facebook’ please let me know. Thank you also for the positive comments received in relation to opening the school doors at 8.30 am.
A message from Charlotte, Sydney, Zach and Theo.
On Wednesday our roles as Head Girl, Head Boy, Deputy Head Girl and Deputy Head Boy, was to welcome the parents and children to Lower Peover Primary School. These parents have children who will hopefully start school in September 2020. During the first visiting times (9:30 until 11:30) many people, parents and children, came and looked round the school.
We felt privileged to be representing Lower Peover Primary School. We organised two-year six children to promote our school and allocated these to each set of parents. The children showed the visitors the classrooms, a music lesson, displays, our mission statement, and explained the dojo system.
‘Whatever you do work at it with all you heart as working for the Lord ‘
At the end, we asked the parents to write a comment about their visit. These comments have been posted on Facebook. We hope the parents enjoyed their visit and we all look forward to our next opportunity to be great role models for Lower Peover Primary School.
