Weekly Newsletter - Friday 5th July 2019

As you may know, the church is celebrating 750 years this week. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the families who have contributed their fantastic flower creations, which are now on display near the pathway up to church. The children have been over to see all the flowers and those that are in the church. The judging took place this morning and the winners are as follows:

Well done to everyone that took part. It was a very tough call, as they were all amazing!  The winners have each received a £5 Amazon voucher.

The Flower Festival finishes on Monday afternoon next week. You are welcome to reclaim your flowers and pots etc. from afternoon pick up on Monday or any other day for the rest of next week.


Camp Fest 2019

Just one week to go until CampFest! All the motor home pitches have sold out and there are just 3 tent pitches remaining! Day tickets are still available. Please book your pitch/ tickets on ParentPay.

The day ticket option covers entry for both Friday and Saturday. Day ticket holders can attend any time between 5pm and 11pm on Friday and between 3pm and 11pm on Saturday.

Please do not forget to return your disclaimer forms (for anyone attending including day ticket holders). If you would like to order pizza/ Prosecco for Friday evening please return your booking form. This is also available for day ticket holders.

Hoodwinked Production- Plumley Village Hall – NEXT WEEK!

Tickets for this production are now available on ParentPay.  As in previous years, we encourage children to attend the production, with a family member at either showing. Children can be collected from school at 1pm and taken to Plumley. The show is suitable for the whole school.  Please join us for one of the highlights of the year.

St Oswalds Church Fete – Saturday 6th July

The children need to arrive at school at 12.45 to be ready to dance at 1pm. Children will be dancing the same dances as our school fete on 22nd June.  If you are unable to attend please could you let the class teacher know, as soon as possible. Thank you.
